The Palmdale Water District recognizes that owners and tenants may change service locations, purchase additional residences and/or start new business's within the District. For existing customers many of the required materials for application may already be on file. Thus we have provided our existing customers with a streamlined method for establishing water services detailed below.
 

Do not attempt to turn on your Water Service!
Note: If a consumer is found to be responsible to any damage done to District property, such damages shall be reimbursed to the District at cost plus administrative overhead. If responsibility for damage is not known, charges will be made to the current consumer or property owner.

 
 
Service Transfers

If you are an existing customer that is opening a new account and closing an existing account with the Palmdale Water District you will be required to:

close current account via request form
make application for new account
submit documentation of new property ownership
   

Payment of Water Service Application Fee

   
If applicable:
  • deposit requirements for new account
• proof of identity (if not on file)
Service Addition 
If you are an existing customer with the Palmdale Water District and wish to establish water service to an additional location or residence, you will be required to:

make application for new account
submit documentation of new property ownership

Closing your Account
Closing your account is as easy as
  filling out a simple form.
   
Forms can be submitted via FAX transmission (661) 456-1086, or personal delivery to our customer service department.
